Hello! I'm an owner/developer looking for a possible contractor relationship (must have your own crew, recent work, etc). I need someone willing to give me one bid for a complete job, and get paid when the work is done right. I obviously am happy to cover materials and can provide contractor references so you know I'm legit. I own multiple houses needing large renovations/additions, but right now I'm looking for bids on a complete interior renovation of one house I own, along with exterior painting, fence/driveway work and moderate landscaping. I can show you my other homes nearby subject property so you can be motivated to offer me your best deal possible based on the likelihood of large amounts of future work nearby.
