Professional drummer/percussionist looking for an established, working band with musicians who have a passion for putting on a quality SHOW. I have recently relocated from Central Illinois to the West Valley. I have decades of gigging experience and I am all about the quality of music. I have a custom acoustic drum set, a Roland electronic drum set, and a hybrid Custom/Roland drum set that will meet all drumming/percussion needs. I can play to a click, in the pocket, straight up 4/4, and multiple time signatures. I will not miss or drop a drum beat. I play all genres of music to include Classic Rock, Southern Rock, Motown R&B, Blues, Jazz, and Country. I do not play metal. I can rock n’ roll and big band swing. I chart out all songs and can be gig ready once I understand the arrangement of each song (start, stop, tempo, and any variations from the original recording). I use the Cantabile platform for all of my digitized drum charts (over 300 drum charts). Recent bands I have started or played in that still have a Facebook presence include: Overdrive Rock Band (Bloomington, IL), Stone & Biscuit Band (Springfield, IL), and Lisa G & The Good Reasons (Bloomington, IL). My goal is to practice as necessary and gig out a couple of times a month. I can sing third part harmonies if necessary but prefer to focus on my main instrument. Message me for an audition.
