Great side hustle for someone looking to make some extra cash! I need a building manage/handyman for a building I own in Wicker Park. Small jobs pop up here and there that I’m not able to get to because I live out of state. Fixing an oven handle, putting a cabinet door back on the hinges, shoveling snow, showing the units to prospective tenants, caulking a window, etc…Living nearby (Cleaver and Division) would be a plus! Previous handyman experience and the ability to work on minor house repairs is desired. If it works out well, it could flourish into long term.
