Just wondering if anyone can assist me with identifying the suspects perpetrating "terror" activities in the hallways at night. Typically weekdays since many residents on my floor are deadbeats with no jobs, not even nocturnal ones:) I say weekdays, but the early morning hours of 07/18/2021 was a freak show.
