At approximately 7:15 PM I saw a black hairless dog with red collar running down the middle of 82nd Ave. northbound. He turned on Powell Boulevard heading west and the last I saw him he was running behind the Black rock coffee shop. I did drive around the area to see if I could find them again and I could not. If this is your baby, that might be a good place to start.
