Percent of welfare recipients who are black: 39.8%. Percent of welfare recipients who are White: 38.8%. Blacks make up about 13% of our population Whites make up about 48% of our population. This essentially means that Blacks are 3 times more likely to use welfare than Whites. In other news; Blacks commit 50% of all crimes in America. Blacks commit 45% of all murders in America. Again, that 13% of the population is punching WAY above their weight. Obviously, Blacks command an oversized portion of everything, but Democrats still say they are somehow "Oppressed"
