Shoegaze, Dream Pop type project in search of a Drummer. We have 10 songs fully arranged so now we just need to complete the lineup. The plan is to record each song in a state-of-the-art studio, release a new single every 30-45 days on all major streaming platforms via electronic distribution. Invest substantially in creative online promotions targeting Spotify, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, rehearse twice per week, and begin playing shows frequently. Although we're extremely committed and will be investing substantial capital, this is not a career; it's a passion, or labor of love if you will. If our efforts equate to monetary success, we'll go with it but that is not our intention or expectation. We simply want to create music we love and share it with as many people around the world as possible. The audition process is simple. Demo’s: https://soundcloud.com/user-540370055 Criteria: • Male or Female • Under 45 • Available to rehearse twice per week • Humble, grounded, and down to earth • Open to playing pre-existing arrangements exactly as they are recorded • Ability to create arrangements for new material which fit the genre • Plays in the pocket and for the song as a whole • Think Phil Selway or Jason McGerr as opposed to Neil Peart (R.I.P) • Open to suggestion and constructive criticism • No equipment is required (We have full kit at our studio) • No financial contribution is required however $150 per month to cover the cost of our private rehearsal space would be greatly appreciated if possible. In closing this project will always be about the music and never about us. We would very much prefer a great human being who is a good drummer opposed to an amazing drummer tied to someone who sucks as a person.
