Help repair/remodeling rentals & some flips

Hi, Im a local landlord & RE investor hoping to find a helper(s) who can fix a few things in some of my rentals & possibly be full time renovators for fix &/or flips of houses in the local Brunswick area in the near future. Im looking for someone reasonably priced, dependable, available soon, easy to communicate with & honest. My rentals are mostly 1/2 - 1 day jobs (paid when each house is completed), & the full renovation jobs will vary depending on what needs done (paid weekly). Experience needed right now is sheetrock repair, hanging doors, replacing a exterior cast iron vertical pipe w/pvc on a 2 story colonial house, replacing or repairing 2 rotten window frames, replacing a twisted exterior wood column holding up a porch, laying carpet to tile transition strip in front of 2 doors, changing out a bath cabinet w/sink, minor plumbing, electrical & misc handyman services. I will purchase most materials for the jobs, unless we decide otherwise. If interested & qualified please send your qualifications, approx pay rate, when available, name & #. The work involves 5 different houses, so I have to work around some tenants schedule. Im hoping to develop a long term working relationship with someone, as I always have things popping up that need fixed, & I'd like to get back into fix & flips again.
