Property Management company that is managing a 3 story building with 4 residential units on West 46th St between 8th and 9th Ave. Looking for a part time porter to work 1 hour in the evenings 3 times a week. Responsibilities will include taking out the garbage from the bin in the building to the sidewalk, separate the recycling, broom sweeping the common areas and broom sweeping the front of the building. 3 days a week (Sun, Tue, Thur) about 1 hour each evening (starting after 5pm). This is not a superintendent job, just for taking out the trash and sweeping the hallways and front of the building. Ideal position for an existing super/porter in surrounding area that is looking for supplemental income. Paying $300 per month.
