Come relax in the park while we practice yoga and downshift under the trees.
Join Blue Zone team member and yoga instructor, Rebecca Thorpe, for a gentle Vinyasa Flow class in the park. We will Move Naturally with our breath, Downshift, and enjoy the natural setting.
Class is free and open to the public and will be practiced in a cool spot in the shade. We will be set up near the splash pad so if you have kids - bring them! Let them play while you breathe.
