Join us Saturday, July 24th for an intense 60 minutes of pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone. Two things guaranteed: the music will be bangin' and you will be sweating. Here are the details:
The cost is FREE30-minute Express Ride with Kerrie starts @10:45 AM at Cyclebar South Tulsa30-minute Strength Training with Scott starts @11:45 AM at MidCity Strength & FitnessSnacks and beverages will follow after the strength training session at MidCity. Everyone will meet at Cyclebar South Tulsa for the 30 minute XPress ride. The address is 9110 S Yale Ave Suite B, Tulsa, OK 74137.
Afterwards everyone will travel to MidCity Strength and Fitness for 30 minutes of Strength training. The address is 4522 E 51st St Ste 117, Tulsa, OK 74135.
