Join us for an adults-only Mediterranean flatbreads class with wine and cheese pairings! Whether served savory or sweet, puffed up or rolled thin, these internationally inspired, flavorful breads are sure to become a party-pleaser or favorite go-to dish at your next gathering. Chef Jeanette will share the techniques you need for mixing and rolling the dough for each Mediterranean flatbread. When all of our breads are baked, we will enjoy the fruits of our labor along with accompanying cheeses and wine pairings! Menu: From Turkey - Pide (“Turkish pizza”): Pide is an oval, boat-shaped Turkish flatbread made with a leavened dough, similar to pizza and sometimes referred to as “Turkish pizza.” It can be stuffed with anything from meat, cheese, or vegetables (such as eggplant, tomatoes, and feta). We’ll be making cheese pide! From Iran - Nan-E-Barbari (“Persian flatbread”): In Persian, nan-e barbari translates to “bread of the Barbars,” a group of people who traditionally lived near Iran’s eastern borders. 
From Southern France - Fougasse: You like crust? This bread has a greater crust-to-middle ratio then probably any other. The typical fougasse is simply topped with olive oil and salt, or perhaps a sprinkle of herbs. 2 glasses of wine minimum per attendeeGuests must be 21+ to attendREFUND POLICY: Our events have limited attendance to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.
