The 2021 Sun Soil Water Summit is held by the Pueblo Food Project, this year's theme is Food Systems Change for Communities. The 2021 Sun Soil Water Summit will be a conference focused on positive food systems change in communities and will celebrate Pueblo's local food system. Topics & speakers to be announced very soon!The Sun Soil Water conference portion will be held on Saturday, November 13th from 8:30am - 6:00pm. ALL ARE WELCOME! The day will include keynote speakers, breakouts, and a panel. Lunch and a light breakfast will be included. Please come ready for a Makers Market and celebrate our local makers. If you are unable to pay for a conference registration please email info@pueblofoodproject for assistance and scholarship options. On Friday, November 12th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm the Inaugural Pueblo Food Systems Leadership Awards will be held. Awarding local heroes for their work in our community. *Please note that tickets for the Inaugural Pueblo Food Systems Leadership Awards will need be bought separate from conference registration.
