Join Gotham Gym for a FREE, hour-long workout for the whole family from 10-11 a.m. on select Saturdays. Bring the whole family and join Coaches from Gotham Gym in downtown Akron, for a free, hour long workout on Cascade Plaza. This is a great opportunity to introduce the family to a healthy lifestyle and join together in a fun and healthy activity! This program is built for all ages and abilities. Pre registration is encouraged. Free parking is available in the Cascade Parking Deck, as well as metered parking on surrounding streets. All participants must agree to the Liability Waiver. The waiver can be reviewed here: Liability Waiver and Photo Release You will be asked to agree to the waiver during registration. These activities are supported by Downtown Akron Partnership and the Knight Foundation. DAP will follow CDC, State and local health orders regarding COVID-19 during all events. DAP requests that all attendees self-monitor and not attend events if they show symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.
