Join us on our free Earth with Me yoga and hike adventures around the area. Meet like minded individuals in an all levels session. The whole vision behind the "Earth with Me" is connecting with the healing frequency of Mother Gaia. These hiking, yoga & meditation adventures will get us close to nature as we connect with the natural rhythms of the earth. True earthing is about touching your feet to the earth, allowing the earth to communicate to your body through frequency. The body has a way of harmonizing with the natural elements of our earth through electromagnetic frequency that naturally comes from the ground, the air, water, and sun. Walk barefoot for the full experience (Shoes are optional). No Mat. Bring your water.
