Goat Yoga is coming to the 2021 Arlington County Fair! Join us for an hour of mellow yoga suitable for all levels on the Fairgrounds At Thomas Jefferson Community Center. This event benefits the Fair, which has been providing quality entertainment for over 40 years. The Arlington County Fair is a free, non-profit volunteer-driven organization that embraces a diverse community by educating, entertaining, and showcasing the best of Arlington.
Friendly goats from Walnut Creek Farm will roam among us while we enjoy our casual OUTDOOR yoga practice. The goats are curious and interested in climbing and interacting with people. Children should be no younger than 10, comfortable with animals, and accompanied by an adult to attend.
PLESE BYO Yoga mat. ALL individuals entering the field MUST have a ticket, regardless of whether or not participating in the yoga class.
RAIN PLAN: In case of rain, our event will move indoors, to Faith Lutheran Church in Arlington. We will notify you in advance as early as possible in case of rain. Times will remain the same on Saturday, but in case of rain, the Sunday sessions will shift from 9:00am to 12:30pm, and the 10:30am will shift to 2:00pm.
