Class starts at 10am and is an hour vinyasa practice. Miel has a beautiful plant filled courtyard that we can spread out in. Your ticket gets you into class + a beverage of your choice from Miel Brewery (NA options available). Class size is limited to 15 people. Masks must be worn if you are not yet vaccinated and can be taken off if you are vaccinated. Bring your own mat and water.
