Join us at this free community event on Thursday, July 22 at 7:30pm in SLC! We are gathering for a full moon meditation sound bath. Come experience the magic of Sound Healing at this very special Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation on Thursday, July 22 at Lindsey Gardens in The Avenues in Salt Lake City. This event is FREE for the community & everyone is welcome. We will be hosting the sound bath event on the east end of the park towards the cemetery by the stairs at the corner of 7th & N Street. The evening will include a Chakra Healing & Energy Clearing Mediation with Breathwork followed by a soothing Sound Bath of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Shammanic Drumming, Vocal Toning & more. You will leave feeling relaxed, realigned & re-calibrated to your own inner peace. Bring a blanket to get comfy, a chair, or a yoga mat if you have one.
