The Jim Green Golf Classic will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at The Polo Fields Country Club, 17001 Polo Field Lane, 40245 The Jim Green Golf Classic will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Proceeds from this event will be used by the Theta Omega Chapter to support our many community activities: Ω      Men of Quality Mentoring Program Ω      Lifestyles Choices Forum for African American Males Ω      Talent Hunt Competition for High School Students Ω      Omega Psi Phi Essay ContestΩ      Scholarship Programs Through these activities the Men of Omega seek to provide service and uplift to our community. Because of your continuous interest and service to our community, we extend to you an invitation to actively support and participate in the Jim Green Golf Classic.  Jim Green is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and is a legendary University of Kentucky track star who has been inducted into the Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame. The tournament will use a scramble format and will award 1st and 2nd place prizes in divisions for men and women. We would be proud to count your organization as a Sponsor of this very worthwhile event. Please fill out and turn in your Sponsorship Form by August 15, 2021. Founded December 12, 1922, Theta Omega Chapter is the oldest Graduate Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in the 5th District of Kentucky and Tennessee and has a rich history of service to the Louisville community. The Men of Theta Omega Chapter are deeply committed to the ideas and practice of Omega’s four Cardinal Principles Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift.
