Texas Jaycees Outstanding Young Texans Gala and Annual Meeting Join the Texas Jaycees as we honor this year's distinguished Outstanding Young Texans. This is in addition to our other conference events including board meetings, elections, training, and CELEBRATION. The Texas JCI Senate program will be there for their business meeting and will join us for the Outstanding Young Texans banquet. The event is being held at the very popular Sugar Land Town Center (next to the First Colony Mall) at the Sugar Land Marriott located at 16090 City Walk, Sugar Land, TX, 77479.
