Hi. I am trying to build a "tiny house" style camp on a lot I own in New Hampshire. Unfortunately, the town has an 800 square foot minimum requirement. I am seeking a size variance with the town, and I thought it would be helpful to show them that despite its size, the building's aesthetic value would make it an asset for the community. To do that, it would be helpful to show them an "artist's rendering" of the actual plan I have drawn up (these plans tend to be too business-like) Anyway, I have included a picture of a similar style bungalow similar to my plans and what I would like to present. My actual plan would be used as the subject. Do you know anyone who would like to do this? The pay would be small(ish) since it's a long-shot anyway, but maybe someone could have fun with it!
