Please join us for an evening of chamber music featuring The Iris Trio, presented by The Small Victories Foundation. The Iris Trio will be showcasing a variety of works from composers in different eras and styles. Ranging from the beautiful romantic sounds of Arensky’s Trio in D Minor, light jazz in Paul Schoenfield’s Café Music, and to Shostakovich’s intense and fiery final movements of his Trio in E Minor. The ensemble performances will be interspersed between solo pieces played by all three members of the trio, with works by Schumann, Brahms, and Shostakovich.
