This one day class will include teaching the ServSafe Food Protection Manager standard, and administering the certifying exam. Join us for a one - day certified ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Course. This class is intended for food service managers, restaurant owners, caterers, and retail food service employees. The class will conclude with the certifying exam. This course is approved by the Illinois Department of Health and the City of Chicago. City of Chicago licenses are available for an additional fee. Please contact Croissant Sol, LLC for more details. Attendees must wear a mask to the class. If you arrive without a mask, they will be made available for purchase. Please note: There is a no refund policy, however registrants who are unable to attend will have their account credited, and may register for a future class within 120 days of the initial registration.
