YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO SELL First and foremost we want a couple of people oriented persons, someone who can sell. We are a small farm and produce stand in Anacortes. We have high quality produce, organically grown but without certification. Some of it we cut fresh to sell to the customer. So it is easy to feel like you are congruent with high moral values. We have other products to sell as well. We need people who knows how to interact with customers. Someone who is clear headed (not stoned). Someone who is quick to act. Someone who either knows vegetables or can learn quickly what each is. Duties will include... * Selling to customers * Nurturing customer relationships * Cleaning and maintaining a beautiful farm stand * Watering crops and flowers * Cutting fresh veggies for the customer. Hours are negotiable. Farm stand is open 7 days a week. Bonuses must be earned. Sell well, show up on time, do the work you've been tasked with, don't steal, be straight headed, and you will earn it.
