Local Business Vendor Registration - JBF Southern New Hampshire Children's and Maternity Consignment Sales Event - September 16-19, 2021The Hampshire Dome, Milford, NHJust Between Friends is the nation's leading children's and maternity consignment sale. Our Southern New Hampshire franchise coordinates twice yearly pop-up community events to serve our local community. We have a limited number of vendor spaces we offer to local businesses to provide the opportunity for you to showcase yourself and your brand to our thousands of local shoppers. Shopper Demographic- Local families with children aged newborn through teens as well as expecting parents. Thank you for your interest in vendor participation at the Just Between Friends Southern New Hampshire Event. We LOVE to support local businesses and are here to help! If your target market is families with young children, Just Between Friends Southern New Hampshire the perfect fit. We look forward to partnering with you to help you grow your business! Each booth sign up includes 2 presale passes to shop during the 5pm Consignor presale. (only infants in carriers may shop at that time, no other children under 12 years old). The 4 day booth includes 4 presale tickets vs 2 presale tickets. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Your registration payment constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions with Stella Sorelle and Just Between Friends Southern New Hampshire.Just Between Friends (JBF) Rights and Responsibilities: * JBF will provide the vendor with the designated booth rental; for the Just Between Friends Sales Event at the Hampshire Dome, 34 Emerson Rd, Milford, NH 03055, however JBF does NOT guarantee any sales. * JBF provides a 10'x10' booth area. Only two vendor representatives should be at your booth at any given time. No chlidren may be at your booth prior to 3pm on Friday with the exception of non-mobile infants. (same rules as our shoppers) YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS. We cannot guarantee a specific floor location prior to the event because sometimes adjustments have to be made to accommodate the JBF sales floor, traffic flow, safety, etc. * Duplication: JBF agrees not to allow duplication of specific companies for our Vendor Booths, but we do allow vendors who sell similar products (e.g. vendors who both sale hair bows) because they are unique, custom items and we want to offer our customers variety. JBF will allow duplication of specific companies in different vendor participation spots (e.g. there can be a Mary Kay rep banner hung in the venue and a different Mary Kay rep at a vendor booth, but not 2 at the vendor booths on the same day). In the event of duplicate booth requests, the vendor who purchased their spot first will get priority and the second vendor's payment will be refunded. Please check the landing page of the Vendor Registration (towards the bottom) to see if a rep from your company is already attending, if the option for your business is showing on a certain date, that spot has not already been taken. * JBF will only allow distribution of marketing materials that are appropriate for this type of sale. * JBF will allow you to hand out said marketing materials ONLY at your table. You will not be permitted to leave your materials anywhere else in the event or follow shoppers around on the sales floor. JBF reserves the right to provide a diversified group of vendors. In the event of duplicates, the vendor who purchased their spot first will get priority and your payment will be refunded. * JBF Reserves the right to turn away any vendor that does not comply with these rules. All Booth Sales are final. * You will have access to wifi and we do have some spaces with power outlet availability. Please email [email protected] if you will need access to electricity. Vendor Rights and Responsibilities *The vendor has the right to sell any family oriented merchandise associated with his/her company ONLY. * The vendor is responsible for all bookkeeping needs. This includes having needed cash for change. * The vendor will have their space vacated and clean within 1 hour after Close of Business for the pre-selected days of participation. If you are signed up for multiple days in a row, you do not need to tear down your booth each evening.* The vendor understands that Stella Sorelle LLP and JBF Southern New Hampshire are not responsible for any missing items and Vendor will hold Stella Sorelle LLP and JBF Southern New Hampshire harmless for any material losses from theft or otherwise, as well as, any physical injuries incurred during the event. * Refunds will not be made unless the event is not held for reasons other than the malfeasance of JBF. * A vendor representative should be present at their table throughout the sale time. * Booth Sharing: The vendor does not have the right to resell the space. The vendor does have the right to share the space and cost with people all representing the same company. (e.g. A team of Mary Kay vendors may each pay a portion of the cost and then share the days.)* Vendors may not leave their designated area to pass out information; this includes standing at the door, parking lot, walking around the event, etc. to talk with shoppers. * Event Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance Policy to Stella Sorelle LLP and JBF Southern New Hampshire listed as the insured for the conduct of the sanctioned event. However, if this is not provided after purchase of the vendor booth through Eventbrite, vendors will automatically waive proof of General Liability insurance, which in doing so waives Stella Sorelle LLP and JBF Southern New Hampshire of any damages injuries and or death incurred due to Event Vendor and agree to hold Stella Sorelle LLP and JBF Southern New Hampshire harmless. * We have seen many vendors have great success by offering drawings for prizes, discounts, coupons, etc.. This will also allow you to collect many contacts for your business. * We encourage vendors to use their customer bases, social media, etc. to help spread the word about participating at the JBF sale because it will help bring in more customers for you and JBF!* The vendor will only display professional signage.FOR CRAFTERS ONLY – Vendor agrees to abide by the children product laws set forth in the HR4040 - Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 and shall indemnify Stella Sorelle LLP and JBF Southern New Hampshire for any and all losses, returns or lack of revenue.* You are solely responsible for setting up and breaking down your booth and agree to all above terms and conditions.Thank you again for your interest and we look forward to having you at the sale!
