BSIS FIREARMS REQUALS BSIS CA Security Guards are required to re-qualify twice a year in order to stay proficient with their handgun as well as stay current with CA and BSIS Gun Laws. This class is a refresher of the Fundamentals of Firearms Safety, along with the skills necessary to properly handle a semi-automatic pistol (9mm) and a .38 Revolver.  We further move into Proper Stance and Grip, Sight Alignment, Sight Picture and Trigger Control, plus Range Safety Rules. The range portion of training will take place at Insight Indoor Shooting Range, 17020 Alburtis, Artesia, CA., or with our Firearms Simulator. Please bring a copy of your guard card and proof of citizenship which can include a birth certificate, passport, resident card, military identification card or DD Form 214.
