A Hint of Zen is dedicated to helping people learn the arts of Tai Chi and Chi Kung. These are ancient Chinese arts that promote health, relaxation and serenity. It's fun and you will likely leave feeling relaxed and happy! The instructor is James Hintzen, a passionate student who practices Tai Chi and Chi Kung daily, studies with a private teacher on his own time and has led this class since Feb. 2020. Look for the Tai Chi Sign at the park. (This is a pandemic safe outdoor activity.)
