Join us for a 60 minute journey to total relaxation. We will begin with 40 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by a Savasana with accupuncture served by a licensed acupuncturist.
Yin Yoga focuses on targeting the deep fascia networks of the body rather than the muscles, by holding passive floor poses for longer counts of breath. Mainly centered on the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower back/spine.
Acupuncture is a minimally invasive method to stimulate nerve-rich areas of the skin surface in order to influence tissues, gland, organs, and various functions of the body. Finally, we will close the experience with a soothing sound bath.
Facilitating this experience is Phx-based yoginis, Ahisma House and Prickly Pear Acupuncture.
