Chimney cap, glue some tiles, pigeon screen

Single story house has loose chimney cap, ( need some screws or nails), a few loose tiles that need some mastic, and some chicken wire screen around solar panels to clip on. I have all the materials, good ladders and tools. I am retired contractor with some back problems so I can’t get up there. Easy access and I would say easy to do in a day. I’m available most anytime
