Titans of industry, elite athletes and stay at home parents can all benefit from being more present in their life. Meditation allows one to become more aware of the joy, peace, and balance that they have in life.
Bring a yoga mat, towel (maybe a blanket) and some water and prepare yourself for the best hour of your week!
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle in as meditation session will start promptly at 8AM.
