Looking for Good Samaritan to help mow an overgrown lawn and wack weeds

Long story short: Our HOA refuses to help our community mow and wack weeds in overgrown area. It has taken them months and months to determine who is reaponsible for mowing and clearing weeds in this particualr area. We recently found out the builder made a verbal agreement with the property owner, regarding this particular section of shared landscaping, who is now deceased. It's a mess. The community is looking for a Good Samaritan volunteer to come and mow the over grown lawn and wack weeds. Unfortunately we cannot compensate for this volunteer work. Location: On Zenith Ave in Dublin, CA 94568 directly behind the Aloft hotel. It is a small picnic area that you cannot miss as the grass is overgrown a few feet high. The amount of grass is small and surrounding weeds are plentiful. A small truck should be able to haul away any green material. This is an opportunity to test out some new landscaping gear or get free composting material. If you literally have 20 minutes to spare for a task that has taken months and months of inaction, this is for you. Many thanks from the community in advance and the lawn in ready to mow anytime!
