Attention Teens, 15 Years and Older!!!! It's time to learn how to drive!! DMV Facts: Teens are allowed to get their Learner's Permit at age 15 1/2 and a Driver's License at age 16. Completing a Driver's Education course is the FIRST requirement for teens. Bay Area Driving School is offering an Online Driver's Ed course during.
