Warm And Caring Nanny Needed For 2-3 Amazing Kids on Upper Westside

We're kind human beings trying to raise happy kids with good values. We're looking for a regular nanny Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-6 to help with our growing family. Ideally we can work together long-term. We have a 4-year-old son, a 2-year-old daughter, and a newborn daughter. The majority of the time would be spent with the 2-year-old, and the newborn for short stints when momma needs a break. Up to 3 kids at times, but mostly 1-2 at a time. Once we get comfortable we would also like help with picking up the 4-year-old from preschool. Our 4-yo son (C) is at preschool in the mornings, so that time would be spent with our 2-yo daughter (A). She's a sweetheart and a total firecracker. 12-2 is picking up C and then lunchtime, and down for naps and quiet time. 3-6 is getting wiggles out for C & A. Heading off to a playground, scootering/biking around the neighborhood, or just playing in the backyard. We have a newborn daughter (S) so some sporadic coverage throughout the day is good to give momma some downtime. She'll enter the fray at some point once she's a bit less attached to mom. Our ideal candidate would have a lot of empathy and energy, be reliable, and enjoy playing with our kids outside and doing artwork and other activities. The kids love biking/scootering around the neighborhood, going to the playground, reading books, paint/chalk/playdough, and playing with their construction toys in the backyard. We're COVID-cautious, and need a nanny who is as well (since these kids can't get vaccinated yet)!
