Renting studio space to Artists & Performers

I have an extra 142.5sqft. furnished bedroom (15’x 9.5’) and 225sqft. Workshop/living room (15’x 15’) in my 2br/1ba apt. Painters, Sculptors, Fabricators, Costumers, Model makers…Artists of any kind are welcome. Performers in need of rehearsal space as well (Bands with some caveats). There’s lots of natural light and emitting fumes/vapor/dust isn’t a problem. I'm a pro Sculptor and make molds, cast, and airbrush (w/compressor) here sometimes. Half the kitchen is shop space as well. We can work out whatever schedule works best for you. Hide-a-key access if I’m not home. I've attached photos of things I've made professionally. $500 a month and you can use the space anytime.
