Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office charged a 21-year-old man with DUI manslaughter following a fatal crash early Friday morning. According to the airport, Canada is the number one international visitor market to the Tampa Bay area with more than 436,000 Canadian passengers traveling to the area in 2019.
