Connecting veterans through physical fitness and community. Operation RSF and Rocket City CrossFit are teaming up to host a CrossFit Total competition on Saturday, September 11th at 9 a.m. Our goal is to connect veterans to fitness communities in their local area to instill the sense of community and camaraderie experienced while in service. This is a free event (donations welcome) and no membership is required. After sign up you will be added to a mailing list and we will send out updates about the competition specifics as we get closer to the event. See you there!
