ISO Small Breed Emotional Support Animal

Hi, I have been a searching and searching for an Emotional Support Animal after getting a referral from my therapist stating it would lessen my anxiety, depression and PTSD. I am disabled and on a fixed income, so I'm hoping someone will bless me with a ESA for a small rehoming fee if necessary. I am looking for a small breed dog between puppy and 2 years old. I live in an apt, so i can't have a barker( yes, I know all dogs bark:) I have all the time in the world to spend with a new dog. All I need is one person to take a chance on me.
