NORWALK, CT — Two Norwalk brothers were arrested on narcotics charges Thursday during an early morning raid of their Monterey Place home, where police also seized cocaine and cash, according to authorities.
At about 6 a.m., members of the Norwalk Police Department Special Services Division raided the home of Giovanny Padilla,26, and John Padilla, 21, where officers seized:
Approximately 260 grams of powder cocaine$8,000 in cashA vehicleFour cell phonesComputers"Other electronics used to facilitate narcotics trafficking""A six-month-long investigation into the brothers' involvement in narcotics trafficking across the Greater Norwalk Area provided enough evidence to apply for a search warrant of their residence," Norwalk police said. "This investigation is ongoing, and more arrests are expected in the future in connection to this investigation."
