MIDDLETOWN, CT — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning in Middletown, according to state transportation officials. Route 66 was closed between George Street at Ballfall Road because of the crash, according to officials. The accident was reported around 12:45 a.m. Route 66 was reopened during the overnight hours.
