Drummer Looking For Latin Progressive Hard Rock Band or Musicians

I live in Miramar. I'm upper 30's, a husband and father, so no world tour for me. I consider making music a serious hobby. I'm good to practice once a week, play live a few times a month, and always down to record. I've got plenty of pro gear. That's my commitment level in a nutshell. I'm disappointed with the amount of Latin rock bands around the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area that lean towards the heavy side of things, in fact I can't find any. In a perfect world, I'd like to join or start a high-energy original hard rock band that gets progressive, experimental and heavily infuses various Latin styles in the music. Spanish or Spanglish vocals would be awesome but I'm down for English or even instrumental. I'd even be game to cross rock and Latin rhythms with hip-hop vocals. I'm open to any input or ideas about this. Nothing in stone here. Feel free to ask me questions. Songs and videos I've played on available upon request.
