Press release from San Diego County Sheriff's Department: 07/16/2021 5:17 PM LOCATION:       400 Block of South Ridge Drive, Fallbrook DECEASED:        Unidentified  SUSPECT:           Withheld    On July 14, 2021, Sheriff's deputies were investigating a suspicious circumstance. Deputies located a body buried on a property in the 400 block of South Ridge Drive in Fallbrook. The Sheriff's Homicide Unit responded and assumed responsibility of the investigation. The body of an adult male was exhumed and received by the Medical Examiner's Office. The Medical Examiner's Office conducted the autopsy today and is attempting to determine the identity of the male. The preliminary cause of death is being withheld. The manner of death is homicide. The investigation is on-going.
