Stray Cat needs a permanent home.

A while back in late February/early March, I noticed a black & white cat in my yard and he walked away. A few weeks later, I found it on my deck and I didn't think anything about because I thought it may belong to somebody else or my next door neighbor. After further investigation, I determined that the cat isn't feral or belongs to my neighbor, it appears to be a stray that either got lost or had its owner abandon him. My next door neighbor frequently feeds him and he hangs by his door waiting for food several time a day. He has a great relationship with my neighbor and loves to be petted.
