Need Mini Split charged HVAC

I have a mini split heat pump that needs charging. The unit is brand new and in a new room addition. The indoor unit is a ceiling cassette type and is already installed as well as the outdoor unit. Line sets and electrical are run as well. What I need is a LICENSED tech to look over the install, hook the lines up, leak check and possibly add refrigerant if needed, which I also have. I need to have a receipt from a licensed tech, otherwise the manufacturer will not honor the warranty. I am not in a big hurry, but I would like to have it done within the next few weeks so I can finish the interior of the room.
