Celebrating Agriculture is a family-friendly event designed to promote community education and participation in agriculture, as well as to support consumer purchasing of local farm products. The 21st annual event will take place from 9a-3p on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021 at the Woodstock Fairgrounds in Woodstock, CT. A team of capable volunteers is needed to assist with set up, clean up, sanitation, and guest hospitality at our scavenger hunt stations and other ag-related experiences. Volunteers are needed between 8a-5p Saturday. (We also could use a few strong hands to set up livestock pens on Friday afternoon.) Volunteer shifts are flexible, and there are jobs for any skill level. This is a great opportunity for high school students (teams, clubs and organizations) to log community service hours! No ag-related experience is necessary!
