Seeking A Special Needs Caregiver In Milton. Looking for an after school care buddy for teen family member with Autism in Milton. Our son is a fun and friendly teen with autism. He needs a reliable buddy to pick him up from his day program in Janesville and hang out until we arrive home from work in Milton and twice per week drop him off at his dish washing job. Position is 1/2 time (roughly 20 hours per week). Mon and Wed are 1-5p and Ben is dropped off at work. We pay an extra 1/2 hour on Ben's work days to help cover your travel). Tues is 3-7p. Thur and Fri alternate every other week 3-7p Every other Sat is 8a - 2p. Ben's a great guy. We encourage caregivers to take Ben shopping or on errands once they get to know him. Ben is very independent and likes his downtime...once home shifts are super easy just make sure he's safe. We have fast internet and have employed lots of students in the past since it's a great job for being able to do other things during your shift. We hope to hear from you! Mike, Laura and Ben
