Description: Responsible for greeting customers, Solving inquiries, Arranging displays, Offering information about products, Maintaining the showroom area clean and organized. Enter orders into QuickBooks Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understanding customer needs and requirements As a flooring salesperson, you will help your customers by walking them through the different flooring options, asking questions to help narrow down their product selections. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Clean driving record and VALID driver's license Must have at least 2 years of office experience Must be very punctual Must have 2 years receptionist experience Experience in the flooring industry is a plus Bilingual is a plus Basic computer skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently
