I have been a General Building contractor for 23 years. I am looking to train someone to work with us on Home Remodeling, fences, custom decks, light concretre jobs, framing, T.I. work and Dry-Rot Repair and General construction. I'm a good teacher and I will show you how you can start building with the goal of maybe owning your own company someday. The pay would depend on your skill level and reliability. That being said, I don't mind paying someone a good wage if he is there to work and shows up every day. I am also willing to hire someone with advanced skills too.
