Comes with full setup including 40 gallon wide terrarium with heat mats, thermo regulators for the heat mat and a heat lamp with a thermoregulator. Even a mini freezer that works well for storing up to 1/3 a years supply of frozen rodents. Hes feeding on small rats. Setup Needs some maitnence done like some of the probes need to be superglued down again and the lid was stepped on when i was cleaning his cage out and damaged a bit so it would ideally be replaced to make the enclosure more escape proof but overall a great setup.
