Excellent Condition Armor Flex Extra Large Sliding patio dog door insert. All dimensions are listed from the website on the picture however, the flap is 12x25. It fits a Frame Height from 75”-80.25”, the rise (step over height) is 8.5-10.5”. This is a massive dog door! It is extremely weather resistant. We purchased this for just under $500 brand new in February of 2020 because our old dog door let in tons of rain and wind. This dog door does not move at all. It’s amazing. It is very heavy. Dual plane glass. We have construction going on right now and had a dog door installed directly into the house and we no longer need this. We are selling this for only $100. Firm. It’s clean and nothing is broke. It has a latch that secures the door to the frame and a lock that locks your patio door to the dog door itself. Pick up in Woodburn near Walmart!
