Residential Lot Grader and Landscaper

General Contractor looking for Grader and Landscaper on many different projects around the Gastonia, Charlotte, Hickory, Kannapolis, Concord, Statesville, Albermarle, Forest City, Rock Hill, Chester, York area! I’m sure I missed a few! 1) Must have residential experience with building pads for slab houses and prepping lots for crawl space houses. Ability to cut swells and divert water away from house. 2)Must be willing to remove all trash and debris off of job during the initial clear. 3)Must have the skills and equipment to clear heavily wooded lots. 4)Must have a skid steer, single axle or larger dump trailer, and excavator to remove trees. A dingo is a plus on tight lots cutting in swells. 5)Must be equipped to do rough grades and final grades. Seed, straw, and 3-4 small plants in front of house. 6)Must be able to layout house with survey and clear lot based on scope. 7)Must be a team player and understand this is construction and communication is key. 8) Must be dependable and reliable and able to handle difficult situations with little to no direction. You would be the expert in providing solutions not problems or attitudes. 9)Must be able to provide good pictures on all jobs after completion. 10)Must have GL & Workers’ Comp and provide COI. Most all of our lots are an acre or less and range from $2000-$12,000 per clear. We are getting into larger work and small subdivisions ranging from $30,000-$85,000 currently!
